ENTRIES: Entrants must correctly name the product in the weekly "A closer look at OXO" photo of the week and submit their answers on www.acloserlookatoxo.com. By making a selection, the user is entered into the contest. Only one entry per person, per week. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

ELIGIBILITY: Entrant must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the 50 states of the United States (includes the District of Columbia), or of the country of Japan. Answer must be submitted by Midnight (12:00 AM PT) Monday after the photo of the week is posted in order to be eligible. Giveaway is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees of OXO and its affiliates, participating retailers, sales representatives, distributors and promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this promotion and the household members of all such employees are NOT eligible.

PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Twenty (20) Giveaway winners will be chosen. Prize: One (1) Prize from per winner. Total value of prize varies by week, ranging from $5 to $100. All federal, state and local taxes and fees, as well as any other expenses not specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize consists only of item(s) specifically listed as part of the Prize, and separate rules and restrictions may apply to the manner of usage and duration of validity of the prize (as set forth in the prize documentation). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER: Prizes will be awarded in random drawings of all the entries containing the correct responses, on or after Monday of each of the 20 weeks during the promotion, by representative(s) of OXO, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final. Winners do not have to be present at the drawing to win the Prize. Notice of Prize winner will be sent by Email on or after the drawing days to the winners who submit the correct answer. If any email winner notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize is not transferable. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent that name, likeness, voice and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation or consent. BY ENTERING, entrant agrees to accept and abide by the rules of this Giveaway and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Giveaway, rule interpretation or award of Prize, shall be submitted to OXO, whose decision shall be binding and final. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless OXO and its affiliates, participating retailers, sales representatives, distributors and promotion and other vendor agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly to the acceptance or use/misuse of the Prize, expiration of validity of the Prize, participation in any Giveaway related activity, or participation in the Giveaway. OXO is not responsible for any typographical or other error(s) in the printing of this offer or the administration of the Giveaway, any error(s) or failure(s) of the www.acloserlookatoxo.com website, the announcement of the Prize, and/or Prize confirmation and affidavit of eligibility notification(s) or mail requests that are mutilated or lost for any reason. In the event OXO is prevented from continuing with this Giveaway, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Giveaway is severely undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), OXO shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Giveaway without further obligation. If OXO, in its sole discretion, elects to abbreviate the Giveaway as a result of Force Majeure event, OXO reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all eligible entries received up to the date of such Force Majeure event.
